About Dailyless

Less is a way
of seeing clearly.

Software often asks for more: more features, more inputs, more attention. Dailyless begins with a quieter question: what can be removed without taking away what matters?

Why Dailyless exists

I am building Dailyless as a home for small, clear tools that do one human job without becoming another system to manage. The aim is not minimalism as decoration. It is to leave less friction between an intention and what follows.

What “less” should remove

Noise, repetition, needless steps, and choices that do not help. It should not remove your agency, ownership, or room to express what matters. A Dailyless tool should be understandable on arrival, calm while it is in use, and able to recede when its work is done.

One Thing, for now

The first current tool is One Thing. It asks what you genuinely want to move toward today, then leaves room for an optional reflection. There is no list to maintain, score to improve, streak to protect, or account to keep. Your writing stays in this browser.

A small family, grown deliberately

Dailyless will grow from burdens worth removing, not from a need to fill a catalogue. Each tool should earn its place by making one part of ordinary life feel clearer and then asking for no more attention.
